Agrivision’s mission

Corporate Social Responsibility

Agrivisionhas schools (Pre-school, Junior School and Main School) at its facility for all permanent workers’ children up to grade 9 where anaverage of 364 children are benefitting.

‍Sustainable use of Environment

Agrivision Zambia has developed numerous procedures and policies to address waste management, water management, conservation, Occupational Healthand Safety as part of the local regulations as well as the Global G.A.P. Version 5.2 control points and compliance criteria.

The company has set environmental and social goals which are reported quarterly to the Board of Directors.

The company also funded the Mpongwe Forestry department in expanding the local government tree nursery and the raising of 15,000 assorted trees which were planted around public institutions and Agrivision farm.

Community Outreach Programs

The company has a clinic which is operated by two Registered Nurses and Clinical Officer employed by the company. This clinic is also open to the broader community and not just the workers.

The company spearheads the renovation of the 50km Machiya Government Gravel Road in Mpongwe District.
